Due to the impact of COVID-19 restrictions, our league will not have any organized middle school sports for the current 2020-2021 school year
NCA will be hosting two-week Sport Clinics for our current 5-8th grade students. The goal of these clinics are to provide after school sport activities for our students. The activities will be skill based.
When: Each Sport Clinic will run during it’s own two week time period.

Sport Clinics Offered: Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer, Football (7/8th only), Track & Field
Requirements
- $25 Participation fee per Sport Clinic (billed through FACTS)
- 2020-2021 Permission to Treat information on File (completed through FACTS Family Portal)
- 2020-2021 Sport Clinic Waiver signed by both parent and student
- Any medication must have a Medication Authorization Form on file in the NCA office

Medication Authorization Form (pdf) (only required if your student requires medication at school during the sport- such as inhaler or epi pen)
International Students: Permission to treat for medical must be completed.
