New Student Application
We consider it an honor that you have chosen to consider Northwest Christian High School and realize it is an important decision to choose an excellent Christian education for your child(ren). Please follow the steps below to start the enrollment process.
1. We encourage you to tour our campus and meet with an administrator prior to submitting an application. Click here for flow chart on the New Student Application & Enrollment Flow Chart
2. Open enrollment starts January 31, 2022 (for the 2022-2023 school year) - To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link. Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
Application Checklist
- Submit the following by uploading in this application or submitting directly to the admissions office:
- Birth certificate (required)
- Recent report card(s) or transcript (required-two full previous years)
- Student Questionnaire (required 9-12th grades)
- Teacher referral, name, and email (required 9th-12th grade)
- Principal referral, name, and email (required 9th-12th grade)
- Homeschool referrals, name, and email (if applicable - two personal references from non-family members)
- IEP documentation (if applicable)
- 504 documentation (if applicable)
- Submit the completed Online Application and application fee ($25)
- Submit the following by uploading in this application or submitting directly to the admissions office:
Applications will not be processed without all required information.
If you are experiencing difficulty uploading the required supplemental forms please email them to admissions@ncslacey.org or drop them by our admissions office.
Early applications for enrollment are strongly encouraged.
3. After your application is complete and supplemental forms are uploaded, please electronically sign the application, click review and then submit. You will receive a confirmation that your application has been successfully submitted. At any time, you may view the application by using your username and password to access your account.
4. After we review your application and supplemental documentation, we will notify you and set up a time for the family interview.
5. Upon acceptance, parents will be emailed information on how to complete the enrollment process and pay the enrollment fee. We ask that the enrollment packet is completed and submitted within a week of notification to secure your child's spot on the roster.
Enrollment Checklist
- Complete the online enrollment packet and pay the enrollment fee
- Submit the following by uploading to your FACTS enrollment application or by submitting directly to the admissions office:
- Washington State Certificate of Immunization Status or Certificate of Exemption (required with enrollment submission, updates may be submitted directly to the admissions office)
- Student Physical (required and must be submitted on or before school begins in the fall)
- NCS Records Request (required)
- Parenting plan / custodial documentation (if applicable)
Please make sure you electronically sign, review, and submit the enrollment packet after completion. When your enrollment information is complete and the enrollment fee has been paid, your student will be officially placed on the roster for the 2022-2023 school year.
6. Math Assessment
After the enrollment packet has been submitted we will contact you to schedule the math placement exam for your child. Placement exams will be offered starting in early June.
