Who we are
Northwest Christian Schools of Lacey consists of three schools on one campus: Northwest Christian Preschool and Daycare, Northwest Christian Academy, and Northwest Christian High School. We are a non-profit Christian school. Our website address is: https://ncslacey.org.

Use of Personal Information
We do not collect any personal information unless you voluntarily provide it by sending us an email, participating in a survey, or completing an online form. Personal information submitted will not be transferred to any non-affiliated third parties unless otherwise stated at the time of collection. When a user submits personally identifiable information, it is used only for the purpose stated at the time of collection.
Children Under Thirteen
NCS does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under thirteen years of age. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Contact forms
Information submitted through contact forms are kept for customer service purposes only.
We may use Google Forms embedded on our website as a contact form. The information shared is stored directly into a Google Response Sheet. The information is only accessible by the staff of Northwest Christian Schools and will never be used for anything other than the disclosed purpose of the form. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

FACTS Family Portal
Northwest Christian Schools of Lacy uses FACTS Management for our SIS (Student Information System), which families log in to called the FACTS Family Portal where parents can check on important data, such as child’s academic progress, important dates, announcements, and important documents. FACTS Tuition Management
All NCS families are required to have a FACTS Tuition Management account (except NCS International Students) that is set up as part of the application process. School fees are invoiced via the FACTS Tuition Management account to pay registration, tuition, field trip, technology, and incidental fees associated with lunches, extended care, piano, theater, and sports.
