Prior to submitting your student’s application, please contact the appropriate school to inquire about our International Student Program for the upcoming school year.

Northwest Christian High School | Grades 9-12
Step One
Complete the forms below and send or email, along with the required documents, to:

- NCHS International Student Application Packet
- English Teacher Recommendation Form
- Principal Recommendation Form
- Official transcript for previous three years of school translated to English
- Copy of passport
- Certificate of deposit
- $100 application fee
Step Two
After acceptance, please complete the following:
- Pay $600 registration fee
- NCHS International Application Step Two Packet, which includes school rules, dress code philosophy, and technology policy
Step Three
- Applicant must pay their I-901 SEVIS fee and apply for their student visa with the US Department of State
- Schedule the visa interview at the US Embassy or Consulate in your home country
- Applicant will need their valid passport, printed/signed copies of their I-20 form, form DS-160 confirmation page, and visa application payment receipt for their student visa interview
- Communicate your visa interview date with the International Program Director
Step Four
- Proof of illness/accident insurance ($100,000 coverage)
- Washington State Immunization Form (CIS), which must include medically verified immunization documents translated in English

- Limited Power of Attorney/Health Form
- Homestay Packet (if applicable)
- Notice of Intent to Transfer to NCHS (if applicable)
- Full tuition and fees – An invoice will be provided
- Travel arrival plans

Step One

Step Two
Pay your application ($100) and enrollment ($600) fees. Wire transfer information is available; please contact the admissions office.
Step Three
