Northwest Christian Academy has a growing athletics program and offers a variety of after-school athletic opportunities for our students. We participate in the Tri-County Athletic Association (TCAA) and compete with a variety of private and public schools in our area.

The NCA sports program is open to all eligible students in grades 5-8. These sports activities are yet another way for our students to learn and exhibit leadership, discipline, self-control, and teamwork. When an NCA student joins a team, he or she is expected to honor the obligation and finish the season. In addition, students must maintain their academic focus and be a positive role model in the area of citizenship.

Register for Athletic Programs

Register for WINTER Athletics: 

  • Submit an NCS Athletic Permission Form 2024-2025 (Google form). This form is required to be completed one time each year by the legal parent/guardian of the student athlete and applies to summer 2024 and the 2024-25 school year.
  • Submit a form for the desired athletic program (Google form). A registration form per athletic program is required per athlete. Non-NCA Student families, please call the school office for a Non-NCA Student specific registration form.
  • A current Sports Physical is required to be on file in the NCA office for the duration of the sport (sports physicals are good for 2 years).
  • Permission to Treat on file (checked YES in FACTS).

At the start of each sport season, coaches will review with student athletes: the Interscholastic Athletic Participation Requirements, the Concussion Awareness, and Code of Conduct.

  • Priority Registration for Enrolled Students: Begins Mon, March 3
  • Open Registration for All Students: Begins Wed, March 19
  • Deadline to Register: Wed, March 26
  • Parent Meeting: Thurs, April 10

  • Note: Please make sure you fill out the correct registration form.  There is one for Enrolled NCA students and one for Non-enrolled students

    • Limited space available – All sports will be capped at 24 athletes

    Miscellaneous Sports Forms:

    • NCS Physical Form (fillable PDF). You may also use the form from your doctor’s office. Sports physicals are good for two years.
    • Medication Authorization Form (PDF)
    • International Students only: Permission to Treat for Medical must be completed and on file in the office.
