We ask for prayers for our High School Varsity Volleyball team as they head off to Districts in La Conner on Wednesday, Nov. 2, AND for our High School Cross Country team as they head off to State in Pasco on Saturday, Nov. 5.

Volleyball: The girls play at 5 PM vs Coupeville. If they win, they will play a second game at 6:45 vs LaConner.

Cross Country: Women’s race is at 10 AM and the men’s race is at 11:30 AM.

Lord, we thank you for each of these athletes. They are incredible people. We pray for the health and safety of our athletes as they travel long distances. We pray for your strength, endurance and peace over them. We pray they would have fun and compete in such a way as to bring glory to your Name. “And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.” Colossians 3:17
