SCHOOL INFORMATION

 

NCS Spirit Wear

  • The spirit wear opens Monday, August 28 through Wednesday, September 13 at 11:59pm
  • NCS spirit wear is ordered through Cloud 9 Sports and this store is only open for a short time
  • Watch for a direct order link to come out on our News page (website) and in the Wolverine Weekly (emailed out every week starting Mon, Aug. 28 and posted on our Newsletters page)

> Medication Authorization Form (fillable PDF)

As mandated by state law, we cannot give your child prescription or over-the-counter medications (including cough drops and vitamins) unless we have and Authorization for Medication form in the office which has been completed and signed by a licensed health professional. Oral medication, topical medication, eye drops or ear drops and life-saving medications can be administered. Forms are available at the school office or from your doctor’s office. Medicine must be in its ORIGINAL CONTAINER and LABELED with child’s name. Students are not allowed to carry medication of any kind. *If your child has a life-threatening allergy or other serious condition, please let the office know so the appropriate emergency forms may be filled out. *See office for exceptions.

>Hot Lunch Page

  • Students will have the opportunity to purchase hot lunch on Tuesday through Friday
  • To purchase hot lunch, teachers will take a lunch count in the morning by 8:30 am

Emergency Kit

All students are required to have an emergency kit at school. You may create your own kit with like items or go to Emergency Kit Order Form 2023-2024 (PDF) to order a kit and return to the front office by August 31 (Back to School BBQ).

> Extended Care Page

  • Register for before/after school care starting Sept. 6 (first day of school)
  • Cost for before/after school care is $6 per hour from 6:30-7:45 AM and 3:00-5:30 PM
  • Registration is required
  • Families who utilize our before/after school Extended Care program will need an access card for drop off & pick up – Security Card Request (Google form)

 

Theater Production of Honk, Jr.

  • 2nd-8th grades
  • For more info regarding cost, auditions, rehearsals and performance dates click on “Register for Theater”
  • Register for Theater (Google Form): Registration required and due September 12

 

Music Lessons

This year we are excited to offer a variety of music lessons to include: Drumline (group class), Guitar Group, and private lessons for Piano, Violin, Voice, Trumpet, Trombone, French Horn, Guitar, Bass, Drums, and Clarinet.

Lessons will be offered in three month sessions. First session is September 11-November 30 (no lessons on non-school days or half-days.)

Cost is $100 per month. Invoiced via your FACTS account.
Mr. Myers is also offering 60 minute private lessons at $50 per lesson. 
(International students, please bring payment to the front office.)
